- Preparation of RFPs/RFQ documents
- Ensure all bids clarifications are registered and communicated to all bidders
- Assessing procurement higher level team on day to day tasks
- Follow up with Procurement team for weekly progress by updating and organizing weekly Procurement dashboard meetings
- Ensure all of the procurement trackers are up to date
- Assessing service requester by explaining the procurement process and ensure all submitted documents are aligned and comply with procurement process & check list
- Identify and source suppliers to meet project requirements and procurement Strategy
Realistically, we need someone who has the ability to interpret contractual documents and prepares statistical reports and has thorough knowledge of purchasing methods and procedures.

* Overseeing and supervising all purchasing activities

* Reviewing existing contracts with supplier and vendors to ensure ongoing feasibility

* Building and maintaining long-team relationships with vendors and suppliers

* Negotiating with supplier and vendors and preparing plans for any purchase.

* Sourcing and engaging reliable suppliers and vendors.

* Preparing company procurement policies and procedures.

* Minimize supply chain disruption and execute projects on time and to budget.

* Monitor works in progress on a regular basis to ensure quality and progress of works are met in accordance with the project timelines.

* Preparing budgets, cost analyses and reports.

• Dealing with SAP system for supply chain purpose
• Receiving PR from the end-user to issue RFQ through SAP system and issue
• POs after the bid evaluation for local and foreign suppliers and for service or materials PR
• Dealing with the customs fees also with the customs brokers and provide all of the necessary documents for clearing the shipments from the port also do the payments
• Dealing with issuing SABER certificates as per the HS code received from the foreign supplier for the orders that will come to the port
• Dealing with the discrepancy reports that received from the end-users and warehouse team to share them with the suppliers
• Making the payment for the suppliers after the GR release in SAP system as the payment terms ( Advance, CAD, Immediate due, and credit payment)
• Dealing with foreign & local suppliers to follow up on the status of the orders after issuing.

• Distribute and share the PR between the buyers and follow their KPIs as perthe company policy
• Dealing with new vendors and suppliers according to the companyrequirement and policy
• Dealing with the agreements and the contracts with the vendors andsuppliers
• Selecting the appropriate vendors, suppliers and MRO's according to thecompany quality policies
• Dealing and follow up with the forwarders and the customs brokers to deliverthe parcels
• Checking the agreements with the vendor, suppliers, and forwarders if thereis anything need to change and making new terms
• Making a good relationship with the friendly companies to support each otherin the framework of experiencesand cooperation.

• Dealing with warehouses inventory
• Dealing with purchases orders ( AOG and Critical ) and communicate withsuppliers to get the quotation
• Dealing with documents of EASA and FFA
• Dealing with the maintenance team and provide them with any request for1their works under logistics and warehouse requirements
• Dealing with a shelf life of parts and the calibration data of tools in theinventory
• Following up with the shipments with freight forwarders and the customsbroker until we receive it to the company warehouses.
