Managing a team to oversee the deputyship partnerships: (local, international, G2G, G2B).

- Designed and developed Board Assessment Tool & Board Development Programs in house and in partnership with leading international entities.

- Worked on building the partnerships office by setting up the strategy, policy, process, and templates in collaboration with legal and different stakeholders involved.

- Discover and develop partnerships to create initiatives that empower youth to be active participants in the economy of the future.

- Responsible for cultivating and maintaining relationships among business partners while also developing strategies to reduce cost for the foundation.

Job Purpose:

- Assist in producing business plans.

- Look for business opportunities.

Accountabilities:

- Assist in producing technical and commercial proposals.

- Work with the managers to review existing business plans to ensure that the plans are meeting the market needs and their growth is continuous.

- Ensure proper hand-over of business plans to the Project managers so that they can deliver on-time, on-budget and on-specs.

- Responsible for being a member of a team of project managers. Responsible for compiling the project charters, scope, project plans, resource plans, and schedule to ensure the project meets the organization's and the client’s needs. Main contact for the client and staff in dealing with successful implementation of the project based on the needs of the project stakeholders.

- Run projects such as initial client install, client upgrades, conversions from the legacy system to the new system, hardware installs such as GPS projects, logistical projects dealing with a variety of needs. Along with a number of projects both internally hosted and externally hosted applications. These projects can range in scope from 1 week to 2+ months or more.

- Responsible for weekly status reporting on all the projects assigned to me.Communicate this status to the director/AVP of PMO so that they can communicate the overall project delivery to executive management.

- Typically deal with most departments within the operations organization, such as IT engineering and infrastructure, training, account management, implementation management, security and customer experience.
