Responsibilities & Achievements :
- Dashboard: Responsible for linking actions in quality dashboard, providing a comprehensive view of implementation status and progress. This included setting up systematic notifications to track status at each step of implementation process.
- Quality assurance: Integration of review and approval steps into system to ensure successful completion of implementations. Transitioning of historical data into system, eliminating manual tracking and creating a comprehensive, automated view of progress.
- Documentation: engineering studies were registered in system with unique recommendation numbers. This ensured that all actions, implementation steps, and closeout evidence were stored in one place for easy access.
- SQL: Developed queries to link system tables and extract specific data based on business needs.
- Excel & Microsoft Office: Proficient in using pivot tables to generate charts and KPIs for data-driven decision-making.
