• Source opportunities with the support of Customer Portal Management Executive by proactively searching customer portals for bids, RFQs, RFPs, RFIs, and EoIs and gather all relevant information.
• Analyzed project requirements & develop comprehensive and precise cost estimates for the received inquiry. Recognize potential cost-saving strategies and value engineering opportunities to strengthen the proposal's competitiveness.

Procurement (Raw Material) Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Negotiated pricing and procured raw materials, minimising excess spending.
• Monitored and updated stock levels and inventory databases and reorder replenishments in good time.
• Followed procedures to maintain accurate stock counts and organised storage system.
• Compiled detailed reports on production and inventory changes.
  Controlled booking slot allocation for smooth stock movement.

• Scheduling of production and upcoming projects.
• Control/optimize manpower and equipment in order to meet company profit margin.
• Monitor project and work order compared to request for quotation (RFQ) as well as managed RFQ from receiving toward sending to commercial.
• Prepare weekly and monthly operation report; coordination of production schedule; and updating of monthly forecast against actual production.
• Hold responsibility in guaranteeing the maintenance of project database for ongoing and completed project order.
• Ensure coordination between project/work order completion reports to RFQ values of throughput, material usage, downtime, rejection, manpower, and equipment utilization.
• Observe strict compliance of project with quality, environmental health, and safety requirements.
• Assume accountability in generating non-conformance report (NCR) rectification cost.
• Established and implemented corrective action to minimise project risk impacts.
