- Develop the quality department (in terms of managing the process and required procedures, developing employee training plans, and participating in developing a plan for their development with other departments).
- Develop the quality documentation (in terms of daily quality inspection reports, laboratory testing reports and Daily mixer operation reports).
- Develop daily production reports and a method for tracking wasted raw materials.
- Communicating with suppliers inside and outside Saudi Arabia to obtain raw materials such as (brass insert used in injection - raw materials used in PVC or PP pipes - as well as machine spare parts)
- Obtaining the Saudi SASO quality mark for PPR pipe products in sizes from 20 to 110 mm.
- Reducing the production cost of PVC pipes about 20% by developing the mixtures used in manufacturing.
- Working with all factory departments to set the appropriate cost for the product so that it is sold at the best price.
- Follow up calibration of Equipment and tools.

- Follow up on the status of the final product and ensure that it conforms to specification standards.
- During the pipe extraction stage, the following checks are made a-Visual inspection. b-dimensions of the pipe, such as wall thickness, pipe length, and outsider diameter.
- Ensure the printing data is identical to the pipe properties.
- Ensure that final products pass all laboratory tests: a- Hydrostatic pressure. b- Impact test. c- Chemical resistance (dichloromethane test). d- Tensile test. e- Heat reversion. All tests are done according to DIN, ISO, and ASTM [standards.
