Working as Field Service Manager and the responsibilities as following:

• Developing skills of field service team.
• Reviewing and developing working procedure on regular base.
• Evaluating field service performance than supporting weak points and developing skills to meet our goals.
• Reviewing daily plans and making sure that we met daily, weekly and monthly goals.

• Technical support for all teams inside field such as ESP installation team, Electrical equipment installation, testing, and commissioning team.. etc.

• Following up with field team daily.
• Met with team weekly bases to review our progress and performance.
• Making sure that we met all Planning and scheduling preventive maintenance (PM) for all electrical equipment is in operations.

Working in daily operations and project management as In Charge Engineer and my tasks as following:

• Built-up spare parts store as project required and making sure that storage environments as standard.
• Manage client calls and daily requirements.
• Manage and developing operation team to meet customer goals.
• Technical support for all teams inside field such as ESP installation team, Electrical equipment installation, testing, and commissioning team.. etc.
• Reviewing technical designs and making sure that all documents are completed before handed over site to operation team such as delivery notes, FAT, SAT reports... etc.
• Planning and Coordinating between all teams working inside field.
• Finding solutions for all issues can be hurdles front daily operations.
• Developing electrical equipment and finding power solution to achieve customer goals.
• Planning and scheduling preventive maintenance (PM) for all electrical equipment are in operation.
• Handling the troubleshooting of both systems (ESP & Surface equipment).
• Submitting daily, weekly, monthly operations and troubleshooting reports to customer.

I have worked in Abu Hadria and Manifa projects (onshore) as In-charge engineer, during my work period I have developed all electrical equipment in Abu Hadria and Manifa, I have found the root of the cause for major issue caused repetitive step-down transformers failed and I have got report from the client on this subject, I have proof that the resonance case in power network happened while one or two of three cutout fuses in over headline going out of service and I have made practices in the site with CONSULTING SERVICES DEPARTMENT (CSD) and Power Operation Department (POD) by installing power quality analyzer devices and isolating two fuses then we saw the result in measurement have been captured by devices.

I have increased the run life of the ESP system and I made a stable and reliable Electrical system.

Have been worked in installation, testing and commissioning of surface equipment's (Electrical equipment such as Variable speed drive (VSD), Switchboards, step up & down transformers lay down power cables .. etc.) as Testing and Commissioning Engineer approved by Saudi Aramco and my tasks as following:

• Reviewing design and make sure protection selection is right and rating selection is right.
• Reviewing Factory acceptance testing (FAT) documents of Electrical equipment.
• Supervise Delivery operations of electrical equipment from company yard to construction site in safe conditions.
• Leading team of Installation transformers (step up and step down), VSD, switchboards, lay down power cables including terminations of low and medium voltage cables.
• Performing site acceptance testing (SAT).
• Submitting daily, weekly and monthly reports to management and customer.

I have worked in all projects under APC such as Khurais, Houwta, Manifa, Abu Hadria and Abu Safah projects with Aramco and KJO offshore field with khafji joint operations.

Have been working in operations of installation of the electrical submersible pump (ESP) in oil and water wells as installation engineer approved by Saudi Aramco and my tasks was as following:

• Manage project of ESP installation from preparing team, equipment, and tools until finishing installation in down-hole.
• Reviewing Factory acceptance testing (FAT) documents of ESP
• Coordination with all partners in rig flower from beginning till finished function test successfully.
• Reviewing engineering design, (Motor, Protector seal and pump).
• Re-viewing safety procedures and escape plan with my team and all partners in rig site.
• Perform regular operations inspections.
• Performing function test for ESP system after completing the installation.
• Submitting installation and function test reports to management and customer.
• Submitting as-built schematic to customers.

I have worked in all projects under APC such as Khurais, Houwta, Manifa, Abu Hadria and Abu Safa projects.

Have been working in Transmission substation(DIE#6 substation in Dammam 2nd industrial city) 115 KV /13.8 KV in constrictions, testing and commissioning field as a Site Engineer (approved by Saudi Electricity Company (SEC)), and my tasks were as follows:

• Supervised daily staff assignments.
• Performed regular operational inspections daily.
• Conducted Testing and Commissioning activity.
• Oversaw all electrical Activity work.
• Submitted Daily, Weekly and monthly reports to management.
