  • King Salman Ben Abdulaziz inaugurated the Heritage Village on April 13, 2017.
  • This project was classified as an emergency where an immediate and rapid response was necessary to execute it before the deadline.
  • Saudi Aramco was given 78 days to build and deliver the heritage village project.
  • Assigned by Saudi Aramco CEO to join Project Management Team.
  • Assigned in Riyadh, working closely with ADA (Al Riyadh Development Authority) and King Abdulaziz Darah foundation to design, engineer and build the heritage village. This project involved multiple correspondences with the government’s ministries and agencies.
  • The allocated area is 30,007,940 m2, about 888,153 m3 and 1,273,261 m3 of cut and fill earthwork respectively was executed in 60 days along with 19 km of blacktop roads and 22 channels for rainwater. Completed the project with 1.5MM man-hours.
  • Developed contracts and reviewed the scope of work.
  • Participated in the design package for the entire project.
  • Drilled two water wells after conducting the required engineering work. Performed gravel pack to prevent sand production and designed and installed water well downhole pump.
