Planned Preventive Maintenance for Chillers Units : 1
Check the condenser coils if found any debris remove and clean the coils with appropriate chemical Coil cleaner

Check the moisture indicating sight glass and charge freon if needed 3
Check all refrigerant joints and repair if any leakage of freon 4
Check oil sensor , cooler sensor , compressor motor temperature sensor operation 5
Check the water flow switch operation and clean the steam strips 6
Check suction and discharge pressure of Rerigerants with gas manifold guage and compare with readings on display module so that proper operational confirmation of each pressure tranducer 7
Check and locate position of the atmospheric temperature sensor away from heating components
Inorder to get accurate atmospheric temperature

Check all setpoint paremeters in display module and compare with actual If applicable 9
Check the cooler heater operation , voltage , ampare, and tighen the jack connections 10
Check the pressure gauges in chilled water inlet and outlet
If malfunctioned or damage replace

Inspect burner 2
Inspect for flue gas leak 3
Inspect for hot spots 4
Check cams 5
Check for tight closing of fuel valve 6
Check fuel and air linkage 7
Submission the Service report for each visit 8
Check indicating lights and alarms

Check operating and limit controls

Planned Preventive Maintenance for 3 Boilers Feed Pumps , 3 Diesel Pumps , 8 Secondary Pumps , 5
Primary Pumps, 6 Domestic Pumps , 6 Treated Pumps , and 4 Housing Pumps : 1
Carry out visual check of unit to ensure it is functioning correctly

To inspect the machines and check for any leaks and calibrate them

To test the operation of the oil heaters and check the operation of the lubrication circuit and ensure that there is no leakage in it

To check the water cooling circuit and making sure that there is no leakage in it

To inspect the fuel circuit and making sure that there is no leakage in it

To test the work of the distribution boards and ensure that they work normally

To inspecting the movement belts , couplings , chairs and rotating parts and ensuring that they are in good condition

To test the battery charger to ensure that it is working properly and normally

To check the water level in the batteries and the concentration of the solution To perform machine vibration test

To ensure that the impurities are darined from the outside air tanks

To operate the generator on load , recording , inspection and comparing the generator readings 12

To inspect the ventilation ducts of the machine and making sure that they are clean

To test all protection and alarm devices in the electrical circuit and ensure their safety and suitability for work

To inspect the distribution cables as well as all their connections and ensuring their safety

It is necessary to conduct calibration work for the entire system

To operate the generator on load for four hours , taking into account that the disconnection and connection are done automatically

To inspect the axle chairs pulleys and water pumps

To check the water filters and cleaning the water cooling circuit completely clean

To inspect the air filters and cleaning the air circuit

To inspect of all connections and coils of basic generators

To measure the resistance of the generator windings and ensure that they comply with the manufacturer's instructions

To test and calibrate all measuring devices in the distribution panels according to the manufacturer's instructions

To inspect the main fuel tank and ensure its safety and validity

To check the generator protections against overspending

To check the generator protections against the high temperature of the cooling water

Inspect and test the voltage regulator , calibrate the gauges , check the cable end connections and generator main contactors , and remove any carbon buildup

Inspect the fuel pumps , turbocharger , speed governor and adjust when needed .
