Handling an end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring smooth and swift transactions from initial job requisition to job offer, Maintaining a weekly recruitment report, handling migration projects to Tanfeeth.

handling end-to-end recruitment processes for internal & external hiring, handling the hiring through the company system, submitting reports on hiring status, attending HR and departments meetings.

Responsible for the recruitment of senior and junior level job vacancies, setting a recruitment plan for our new openings stores, handling the company career portal through Oracle ‘job postings, applicants tracking, accepting new joiners, issuing job offers, creating employees ID’, submitting monthly reports on hiring status to the HR manager.
