- To run the plant to produce the required production quantity and quality as per stander operating procedure and safety stander

- To monitor all equipment to prevent equipment failure

- Perform operation activites and safety talk to prevent incident

- Maintain equipment and area under control in safe operable condtion

- Handle plant emergencies take necessary action in coordination with field operator and shift supervisor to ensure safety and reliability

- Apply core thinking skills for analyzing field related problem and implementing sutiable solution in consultation with shift supervisor in accrodance with set stander procedure and instructions
