Coordination between the network control center to fix all breakdowns and scheduled works, and Preparation of reports.
The input of distribution station information to maintenance programs is updated.
New professionals are trained, their skills are developed and their performance is upgraded according to the plan.
Evaluate the work of the contractor and the technicians employed by the contractor, and Supervising them according to the company's regulations.
Field and periodic inspections of distribution networks and stations.
Follow-up on the request for the dispensing of materials for the maintenance of the distribution network and the receipt of them from the company's warehouses and the return of excess materials to the warehouse after the completion of the work.

Execute and review separations/returns or emergencies according to the company's approved forms.
Preparing daily reports on operating conditions and operating inputs for the electrical grid.
Responding to emergencies occurring on the electrical system, restarting different conversion stations and preparing appropriate operational steps and informing stakeholders of approved lists.
Fix breakdowns related to counters and accessories from other sections and emergency.
Maintenance and inspection of meters.
Inspection of meters with current transformers after installation and before conversion.
Improve the system and environmental focus operations - SEC 5-Star safety & health management system implementation.
