Financial Analysis & Reporting

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis of subsidiaries (revenues, margins, EBITDA, net income, DSCR, cash flow).
• Perform variance analysis (Budget vs. Actual, YoY, QoQ) and identify performance gaps.
• Evaluate capital structures, financing needs, and debt management strategies.
• Prepare quarterly performance reports and dashboards for senior management and board representatives.
• Perform assessments of portfolio companies when needed to evaluate performance issues, risks, and opportunities, and recommend corrective actions.

Governance & Compliance

• Support board representatives by preparing brief letters, supporting documents, and detailed analyses/assumptions.
• Contribute to the design of governance and control structures for newly carved-out subsidiaries.
• Ensure subsidiaries adhere to regulatory, financial, and operational compliance standards.

• Preparing the annual budget planning and forecasting for the upcoming year and building financial models for budgeting and controlling.
• Preparing monthly reports: working capital, cost variance analysis actual vs actual, and evaluating financial ratios for the company.
• Working with the ERP system team on various projects.
• Automated reports and daily tasks in coordination with the Fintic Team.
• Solve payment and bank issues in cooperation with the Fintic Team.
• P&L monthly performance KPI analysis with insight to achieve the strategic goals.

• Analysis of complex reports and presentations to the management team.
• Collaborated cross-functionally with departments such as marketing, operations, and sales to gather relevant data and insights for business case.
• Support the budget cycle, including preparation, analysis, and monitoring of budgets to ensure alignment with strategic goals and financial targets.

Opex and Capex Management:

overseeing the approval process for Purchase Requisitions (PRs) from various departments at Mobily,

ensuring compliance with all mandatory requirements outlined in the checklist (such as Business case

approval, contracts, etc.), and verifying that requests align With the allocated budget before

implementation in the system.

Conducted monthly cost forecasting to compare budgeted amounts with actual expenses, identifying

variances for further analysis and action.

Capex governance:

evaluation of tender proposals (RFP, RFQ) for initiatives such as IT and Network projects. Review (SOW), performed price analysis, and prepared comprehensive Final Evaluation

Reports (FER) to inform decision-making.
