Develop measurement tools to assess the impact of training programs on job performance.
Provide periodic reports to management outlining results and recommendations for improving training programs.

• Managing the Training Team:

Lead and guide a team of trainers to ensure the delivery of high-quality training programs.
Provide support and professional guidance to trainers and evaluate their performance.

• Coordination with Other Departments:

Work closely with various departments to ensure training goals align with the overall company objectives.
