• BOPP Stretch Film Production Expansion – Line 3 (L3):
Served as the Project-in-Charge, leading the evaluation, selection, and execution of the Biaxially Oriented Polypropylene (BOPP) stretch film production line expansion, achieving a production capacity of 54,500 tons/year. Responsibilities included end-to-end management of the installation and commissioning of all associated utility systems, including chillers, cooling towers, thermal oil boilers, air compressors, air handling units (AHUs), piping networks, and HVAC ducting systems.
• BOPP Stretch Film Production Expansion – Line 4 (L4):
Contributed as a core member of the project team for the expansion of BOPP stretch film production to a capacity of 67,000 tons/year. Actively involved in the selection, evaluation, and integration of production lines and all related utility systems, including complete HVAC and mechanical infrastructure.
• Stormwater Infrastructure Project:
Led the design, planning, and implementation of the stormwater management infrastructure project, including hydraulic calculations, system layout, and execution oversight to ensure compliance with environmental and operational standards.
• Asphalt and Pavement Works:
Managed the full scope of design and execution for the company’s new parking area and asphalt pavement projects, including grading plans, sub-base preparation, surface finishing, and adherence to relevant civil engineering standards and safety regulations.
• Water Recycling Project: Led the design and implementation of a water recycling system, reducing water waste and saving the company SAR 400,000 annually.
• Fire Safety System Overhaul: Upgraded firefighting infrastructure, including new pumps, deluge systems for LPG and Diesel tanks, and fire beam detectors to meet Civil Defense requirements.
• Co-Generation Gas Turbine Project: Leading 55 MW Co-Generation Project involving preparation of feasibility study and leading technical-commercial discussions with major OEMs as Siemens, GE, and ENGIE.
• Led a project with Aramco to shift from using Diesel to N.G to be used in boiler burners from diesel to natural gas, developing the Design Basis Scoping Paper (DBSP) and overall project design , collaborated with GES+ and Aramco-approved contractors to evaluate and finalize technical solutions, targeting annual savings of 6 million SAR and a significant reduction in carbon emissions to enhance sustainability and efficiency.
