· Define the workplace and innovation Strategy and Vision aligned with the division strategy.

· Developed the smart city strategy for PIF DevCo, focused on accelerating time-to-market and achieving cost efficiencies.

· Drove the adoption of new technologies and innovative solutions to enhance employee productivity, collaboration, and experience.

· Defined and monitored the key KPIs to measure the effectiveness of workplace solutions and identify areas of improvement.

· Establish operation excellence section.

· Prepare and define IT Strategy and roadmap for the coming four years with engagement of stakeholders and alignment with the PIF 2025 Strategy.

· Optimizing IT Processes by Identifying areas for improvement in IT operations by analyzing workflows, tools, and identifying bottlenecks.

· Performance Measurement and Improvement by defining and tracking the operations KPIs that measure the effectiveness and efficiency of IT operations.

· Design and implement ERP system which includes the following modules:

· Design, implement and operate Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

· Design and implement digital PMO solution and mobile App.

· Design and implement digital executive solutions to monitor and track daily activities.

· Design and implement Task management platform.

· Manage and improve the existing systems to comply with cyber security requirements.

· Plan and execute the IT initiatives and projects portfolio through prioritization and business engagement.

· Manage IT projects related to external stakeholders and ensure proper implementation.

· Ensure the highest level of IT service delivery by continuously monitoring the performance of the IT services.
