 Overhauling the pneumatic actuators.

 Dismantle the old wash hopper and assemble thenew one which is manufactured by the company.

 Disassemble the swirlers impeller and install newswirler was fabricated by the company.

 Changing the radial and bypass seals andwelding the sector plate and T-bar in the airpreheater.

 Welding the shaft of the guide bearing andmachining it on the site and replacing the guide bearing and the house bearing, bush, and the oil of the bearing.

• Supervising changing the radial seal with seal holding, cutting & welding the flat bar, and doing the alignment for radial seal in air preheater at Rabigh Operations and Maintenance Company (ROMCO).

• Learnt about operation and maintenance in desalination process Multi-Stage Flashing (MSF) and Reverse Osmosis (RO).
• Learnt about operation of Power Plant by Rankin cycle.
• Conducted research to analyze feasibility, design, operation and performance of mechanical equipment, components.
• Read and interpreted blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and computer-generated reports.
