32 years old Saudi ICU male Resident , studied medicine in Poland as a scholarship student graduated in Aug 2018, worked after internship in King Fahad general hospital in Hofuf, Al Ahsa, it is a tertiary hospital since 2/2021 where I was exposed to all deferent types of cases including Trauma, neurological, pulmonary and cardiac cases and I am well aware of the importance of our part as an ICU Physicians is to maintain ABC then follow the management plan either open or closed ICU, closely monitoring the vital signs of the patients and help to maintain the hemodynamics plus respiratory issues. I try to apply the management plan following evidence-based medicine with my seniors and always refer to them in case any changed occurred or needed to be applied according to patients condition. Maintaining positive atmosphere in the job environment following high morals and ethics with doctors, nursing staff and hospital staff. I skillfully use USG to inspect the chest, heart, Abdomen and DVT study, plus to insert CVL, Arterial line, Picc line and IV cannulations, I hope to get the chance to work in your facility and improve my self( Knowledge and skills wise).
