  • Improving Hiring Processes,
  • Assigned as a team leader on a project to optimize and improve the hiring processes of newly graduated college students by studying 90 hiring cases. Investigation revealed outdated and redundant practices within hiring procedures. The team members quickly designed a new approval mechanism, which was swiftly approved, implemented, and resulted in a reduced period of hiring processes from 91 workdays to 29 days.

  • Site Visit Evaluation
  • Assigned as a team leader on a project to prepare and increase the efficiency of training programs in specific KFMC medical departments by designing new standards, which were based on the ones set by the Joint Commission of International Accreditation (JCIA - MPE Chapter). An assessment form was created to implement the newly designed standards, after which Site Visits were held to raise efficiency of training programs. These standards were implemented for 3 consecutive years.
