  • Working closely with all departments to meet the required technical aspects addressed by the Digital Government Authority (DGA) in Qiyas.
  • Strategic planning for the cloud adoption, by aligning with all departments of Operation, Security, Development, and considering the major milestones of Design, Develop, Operate.
  • Submitting the initiatives and projects of the cloud adoption includes the scope of work, estimated deliverables for each milestone, risks, mitigation plans, and the timeline of the initiatives' related projects.
  • Close all the related tasks with Expro in terms of activating the account on the digital market place for the Digital Circuits and Cloud Computing.
  • Achieving the target by renewing all Digital Circuits contracts on Etimad Portal – Financial Services Platform.
  • Submitting the Cold DR contract, also on the Etimad Portal – Financial Services Platform.
  • Getting the official approval, and signing the contracts of five projects that been raised and submitted in 2023. These technical projects to ensure, the service availability and stability, aligned with the Ministry Strategic Vision.

  • Working on the Ministry strategies and the financial, and technical strategies benefits of proposed major IT related Projects with Amanats (Municipalities).
  • Review and assess the progress of IT programs and technology architecture decisions.
  • Engaged with all related operational departments, Applications, Digital Security, and Development departments for the new deployed business releases, and integration of all internal or external entity systems that required professional business studies to generate the required assessments and the operational work scope.
  • Working with the ISPs and related departments to ensure the delivered services and the committed SLAs to the Amanats (Municipalities).
  • Working with the vendors (Dell, HPE, NetAPP, Oracle, Microsoft) to ensure the best delivered services to the clients (Amanats) based on the proposed IT Infrastructure solutions and programs with all related departments.
  • Manage and direct all internal departments (Datacenter Operations, Systems Operations, Network Operations, Database Operations) with the aligned strategies of Infrastructure operations and deliverables of all IT projects and programs.
  • Working on cost optimization and enhanced customer experiences initiatives that required new Infrastructure design and enhancements.
  • Discuss IT costs and internal processes for approval of IT of the related capital expenditures.
  • Raise the challenges and the recommendations to the Deputy Minister and Deputy Minister VP (of the digital transformation) with respect to the significant IT projects, programs and investments that needs approval.

  • Migrate the two MPLS clouds of the ministry to one single cloud, migrating of more than 140 branches.
  • Save around 30% of the Social Welfare and Labour monthly costs after the Migration.

  • Following the network capacity expansion for more than 300 ministry sites along the kingdom, with the biggest ISP in Saudi Arabia and Arabian Gulf, which is Saudi Telecom Company.
  • Following the project in daily basis to complete the network reachability and validity for the 300+ sites with FTTH. Working on the challenges and determining the project stakeholders to accomplish this task at the scheduled time.
  • Managing the network physical maintenance and new hardware installation for more than 300 sites along the kingdom, with the biggest network contractor in the kingdom.
  • Rebuild the entire LAN for 300+ sites, and study the site survey reports to determine what needed to be replaced of the routers, switches, cabinets, cables, and networking accessories.
  • Responsible to deliver the weekly status of the above two projects and reporting directly to the CIO.
  • Working on the network issues and lead the team to solve the network tickets with 909 team, STC ENOC team, and with the other departments, like HD, Security, DC, and Applications Support teams.
