Experienced educator who has spent more than 30 years in the educational field with various experiences as a teacher, supervisor, trainer, consultant for the deputy minister of panning and development, manager, and school principal. At this moment I am ready to utilize all of my experiences and academic knowledge and skills to serve in guiding the educational organizations in fulfilling their goals considering students as the center of the learning process. Achieving the organization's goals through inspiring and engaging members to be active in the development/change process by well preparing them and giving them the support they need. My mission is to create a culture of learning that inspires students to be creative and more responsible about their learning in a safe, joyful, and value-driven learning environment.
