the Pre- Qualifications Measure is a government way to ensure that a bidder, prior to submitting his proposal to carry out the required works and procurement. and the Post-Qualification measure is a government way upon selecting the best proposal and prior to awarding the tender, to ensure that selected bidder is qualified to carry out works and procurements.
- Appointed in a member of 4 team led by his H.E President of Transport General Authority in Negotiating with an operator working in a multi Billion dollar project reaching into a settlement and drafting the Settlement Agreement with the consortium responsible and get a recognition form the Royal Court for reaching to this Conclusion that led to zero cost to the Government.
