Role: E2E Solution designer, analysis of all impacted application and there changes required, forming final solution documenting in SDD, UST review if required update UST with Business, making understand all impacted application system required changes and implementations.

· IGW-DIA REVAMP: Add new Speed for DIA and product portfolio according to need of EBU customer, increased the sales and customer experience for the.

· Revamp FP Authentication: Revamp done on FP (finger print capturing for RU and AP), using portal.

· CRM Responsibilities Enhancements: enhanced CRM responsibility framework

· Preventing Double discount in System: enhancement done on contract and discount framework.

· BYOP Open Field Input: New framework developed for build your own package for EBU -SME on GSM postpaid for voice and data.

· GID Customized Packages: New special packages were added for GID GOVT client.

· Create order after Dunning 1 alert for Cloud Services: Dunning framework was extend for the subseries of STC.

· Update Bayan framework: BAYAN authority integration for corporate information was revamped.
