• Coordinate and participate in the performance and interpretation of technical duties in support of medical laboratory testing
• Set up, evaluate, validate and operate current and new equipment, instruments and apparatus required for specific laboratory tests and assume adequate responsibility to maintain operations including preventive maintenance
• Monitor Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Safety practices to assure compliance with internal and external regulations
• Maintain sufficient inventory of material supplies and equipment for performance of duties; clean and maintain standard laboratory equipment
• Monitor testing to ensure that acceptable levels of analytic performance are maintained
• Arrange and schedule lab technician according to work needs
• Monitor resolve and report to the Unit Heads and lab manager the daily problems encountered in the laboratory
• Participate in CME program
• Responsible for other quality and safety improvement related to the job
• Perform other duties as assigned by lab director and lab manager
• Performing the validation of the following devices: Cobas PRO – Total lab Automated, Cobas T411 – T511 –Coagulation Analyzer, Cobas 6500 Urine Analysis full automated, Sysmex 1000 & 9100 hematology Analyzer

* Creating and reviewing all the CBAHI,JCI and CAP policy

* Evaluate the performance pf laboratory staff every 6 months

• COBAS C 311, LIASON XL, ELECTROLYTE ANALYSER AVL 9180, HUMALZYER 3000, SYSMEX kx21-N, TRI-MED-PY TEST ANALYSIS, THROMBOSTATE, CLOVER A1C SELF
