RESPONSIBILITIES DURING PROJECT
- Responsible to coordinate with engineering, Procurement and fabrication department to achieve the site execution target
- Formulate detailed and optimized schedules (Level III,) including client and Sub-Contractor to minimize down time.
- Progressing Reporting DPR & WPR
- Highlighting areas of concerns to enable the senior management to take timely action.
- Plan, coordinate and conduct comprehensive scope studies for scope clarification.
