Responsibilities:

• Conduct a thorough analysis of project specifications, drawings, and BOQ during the tender phase to ensure accurate quantity takeoff for all civil and architectural works. This involves reviewing the project documents in detail and identifying all the materials and quantities required for the project, using expert knowledge to estimate the costs of the project.
• Prepare detailed bills of quantities for fit-out projects and submit materials requests to ensure timely delivery.
• Draft clear and concise sub-contractor requests to issue a contract, detailing the project requirements and scope of work to be performed.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, including detailed invoicing and collection projections.
• Lead a team of QS engineers at construction sites, ensuring that they comply with company standards and project requirements. Monitor scheduled scope of work for tracking purposes, conducting regular site visits to ensure that the work is progressing according to plan, and addressing any issues that may arise.
• Collaborate closely with the site construction team and engineering department to verify the actual physical work done at the site and facilitate subcontractor payments.
• Coordinate technical and commercial meetings with clients and subcontractors to discuss project requirements, scope of work, and potential solutions.
• Prepare and submit clear and detailed interim and final valuations and variation claims for client approval.
• Evaluate interim and final account payments of subcontract works, identifying any discrepancies and finalizing variations as needed to ensure that all parties are fairly compensated for their work.
• Track cash flow for the project and prepare budget approvals for subcontract variation works.
