• Verify the accuracy of shop drawings and their compliance to consultants’ designs to ensure that the work conducted meets contract specifications.

• Delegating Draftsmen/QS for quantity take offs, cross checking quantities.

• Manage the sending out of inquiries, ensuring all relevant documentation is issued to Suppliers and Sub-contractors.

• Quantity comparison for the project with tender as well as BOQ quantities.
