Summary

Strategic and results-oriented aviation leader with over 24 years of experience in aircraft maintenance, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and governance. I bring a proven track record in leading high-performing teams, embedding compliance cultures, and implementing robust surveillance and oversight systems across complex military and civilian aviation environments.

A key achievement includes driving the successful implementation of Q-Pulse across all airbase organizations for the internal audit function, replacing an outdated paper-based system. This digital transformation enabled real-time oversight, streamlined monitoring, and significantly enhanced the organization’s ability to manage risk, analyze trends, and drive continual improvement.

As a Senior Maintenance Manager, I’ve championed governance initiatives that align with both organizational objectives and regulatory requirements. I possess a deep understanding of surveillance planning, root-cause analysis, and quality system frameworks, with a hands-on approach to managing compliance and airworthiness standards.

I am now seeking to step into a Head of M&CA Surveillance and Compliance role to further lead strategic improvements while expanding my knowledge and experience across all programs governed by the Directorate of Maintenance and Continuing Airworthiness (M&CA). I am passionate about enabling sustainable governance structures that foster safety, transparency, and continuous improvement.
