.Responsible for assisting the QA/QC Head in the implementation of Project Quality Plan and Inspection and Test Plan of all civil works at the project site

• Focal point for all site Quality assurance & control works and to coordinate and assisting project QC Manager and QA Manager
• Develop quality reports & inspection records throughout the construction process
• Ensure all inspection test requirements at all stages of process are carried out as per the Project requirement
• Access risks related to quality management & develop strategies to minimize the risk throughout the development of project
• Monitor the quality of all materials in co-ordination with material/Lab Team and Ensure Material submittal (MS) & MIR's are approved prior to use in site
• Ensure quality audit findings and relevant copies of Quality System, QA/QC Procedures, ITP's & CMS are available
• Preparation / provide inputs of Project Quality Plan includes work procedures / ITP's, CMS and take approval from Site Management, QA Manager
• Ensure appropriate corrective & preventive actions are taken on product and system non-conformances identified during execution of the project
• Assess quality of workmanship and construction throughout the execution process as per contract plan, specification & codes during site surveillance
• Follow up with construction team for required corrective action for NCR closures
• Compiled and wrote training materials and conducted [5] training sessions on quality control activities

• Monitoring the quality systems of contractor, third parties and subcontractors procedure implementation and quality personal performance
• Reviewing & approve the quality personals & documents of contractor for the qualification as per Schedule Q requirements and SA Standards
• Record surveillance by visiting site and monitoring contractor quality activities
• Perform the final assembly inspection of equipment and maintain the record of all QC documents
• Supervise and directing the Documentation Control Department for the proper guidance in handling documentation procedures in accordance with standard and participate during external and internal audits
• Prepare monthly site QA/QC reports for compilation
• Coordinate with asphalt pavement team for day to day paving works
• Raise NCR's / CAR's to concerned section heads for necessary corrective & preventive action and verify for closure
• Organize site quality meetings with construction team to discuss on set and achieved quality objectives status and sort quality issues for further improvements
• Preparation of final QC Dossier and maintaining all quality records
• Compiled and wrote training materials and conducted 5 training sessions on quality control activities.

• Accountable for Control & handling the mixes in terms of quality and quantity during daily production & supply
• Executing frequent lab & plant trials for establishing new mixes of various grades fulfilling different parameters as per client requirements & specifications
• Conducting tests (Fresh & Hardened concrete), Aggregates
• Monthly Analysis (Statistical analysis & Summary) of Compressive strength of Concrete
• Calibration for equipment's & Batching plant as per frequency Plan
• Preparation of Physical Verification reports, monthly reconciliation of Raw materials
• Updating test reports and lab data in LABMIX / IMPACCT software's
• Focal point for Coordination with clients regarding site quality issues and attending the same in time
• Material Cost Analysis with MOM & MOMD along with Marketing, sales Team
• Improved project efficiency by streamlining communication between team members and stakeholders.
• Increased productivity by utilizing advanced software tools for accurate calculations, simulations, and drafting purposes.

• Carrying out proper inspections/tests of all construction materials & maintain the Records of the same
• Maintenance of all checklists, Pour cards for every site activities
• Conducting PRE & POST checks in site activities (Shuttering, Reinforcement, Concreting works)
• Ensuring all activities relating to the project is carried out as per client requirements, Contract specifications, drawings and Project Quality Plan
• Checking foundation works excavations, leveling, elevations, alignment and angles
• Review and approve of shop drawings and as built drawings
• Supervise concreting works quality, slump test, placement and compaction
• Reinforcement and surface, formworks check
• Supervise sampling and testing of the materials used in embankment works
• Documentation and filing and data entry
