• Manage the development and review of new EW training courses and materials.

• Project management of various projects (TEWS, EWCS, EWCSC,
  LTEWP, F15-IKR).
• Managing training plans, that includes:
  - The evaluation of course material.
  - The evaluation of Instructors.
  - The evaluation of training aids.
• Designing of training pipelines for new EWC recruits.
• Supervised the creation of the following courses:
  - Basic theory for EW programmers. (16) weeks.
  - Introduction to EWC. (5) days.
• Managed and Supervised the creation of (3) all new Air Force technical specialties that for EW programmers.
• fully oriented with RSAF (105) series training manuals.
• Instructors Evaluator.
• Provided advisory services to EWC commanders on training and technical matters,
