Lead and manage the operations team and customer service team within the assigned branch/cluster.
Ensure all customer service interactions meet UBL service quality benchmarks and standards.
Supervise the processing of financial and non-financial branch transactions, including cash vault, ATM operations, teller operations, clearing/remittance, etc.
Drive resolution of customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner; ensure customer experience is positive and seamless.
Monitor key service metrics (e.g., Branch Score Card, CS Score Card) and ensure targets are met for service and operations.
