Coordination with local and overseas Banks for establishment of Letter Of Credit for Import and Export business. In charge of all Operational activity & Marketing Negotiation Process.

Development of Feasibility/Logistic studies and recognizing opportunities for current and future business negotiations in relation to Marketing. In this connection negotiating with Banks for renewal of Financial Facilities and also doing Client Relationship Management (CRM).

Professional Achievements:

Was able to create a whole new department for Marketing of Polyester Staple Fiber in Import & Exports and increased sales by US$ 35 Million in year. Was able to bring down the costing by 20% by putting into place more effective time & cost saving systems to the management.

Was able to launch a successful marketing campaign in Europe and Pakistan for Polyester Staple Fiber & Plastics Division. This was the first time that any Saudi Arabian company exported Polyester Staple fiber to Pakistan.

Professional Achievements:

Was able to Launch a new Control system for shipments of both imports and exports and thereby resulting in better handling of Inventories and cutting down Overheads by 15 %.

Making Feasibility/Logistic studies for textile related products, and working with large organizations like Crescent Group, Nishat Group, and Sapphire Group and other major organizations from Pakistan.

Professional Achievements:

Was able to increase Sales of Cotton Yarn and Fabric to Sri Lanka & Philippines Markets from US$ 1.2 million to US$ 2.7 million.

Desighned and implemented Computerized working envirement in Textile Department thereby increasing the efficiency of the overall Department.

Coordinating All operations of L/C opening with Foreign Banks and monitoring shipments to all over the world for both imports and exports.
