SATORP/Joint Venture Saudi Aramco and TotalEnergies Amiral is being developed and will be operated by the SATORP joint venture owned by Saudi Aramco (62.5%) and TotalEnergies (37.5%). The project represents an investment of $11 billion, 8 EPCs, 30,000 manpower, and 45 labor camps.

• Implementation of the project, 'Grievance Management Plan.'
• Implementation of the “Contractor Well-being Requirement, SAEHC-S-20,” in all CTRs labor camps.
• Implementation of the project welfare policy.
• Lead the welfare and well-being program for all the project facilities (Site, Camps, Clinics).
• Welfare focal point for top management.
• Custodian of the project grievance mechanism, ensuring that complaints from the workforce and/or outside are duly recorded, investigated, and resolved.
• Ensure contractors, subcontractors, site and camp facilities comply with field catering, restaurant, resting, and payer's facilities, workers' sanitary facilities, transport, and site medical facilities.
• Ensure that all facilities are duly maintained and cleaned by the contractor's organization.
• Ensure the fair treatment of the workers while mobilized and working in KSA (wages, accommodations, contract, site conditions, etc.).
• Lead a weekly coordination well-being meeting with all contractors' representatives to ensure that the welfare situation is kept at the highest standard.
• Lead the monthly wellbeing committee with CTRs as the project welfare representative.
• Perform daily camp inspection (Checklist: 30 items).
