-In 2024, I participated in quality improvement project , titled " Optimizing Parenteral Nutrition Practice in the Neonatal Critical Care Unit." The initiative focused on reducing the duration of parenteral nutrition by promoting earlier advancement of enteral feeding. this approach resulted in a significant decrease in mortality rates, shorter hospital stays, and annual cost savings of up to 12.5 million SAR. The project was ranked level One among all military hospitals in Saudi Arabia.
