Establish and manage the Digital Innovation and Design Department within the Deputyship for E-Health and Digital Trasnformation by practicing the following:

• Scouting the national and global technology trends in the healthcare industry
• Providing PoCs that designs actionable plans for innovation objectives
• Supporting the performance of innovation activities at the departments and units related to the Deputyship for E-health
  
• Engaging with health start-ups to accelerate their solutions at MoH
• Engaging with research centres to create disruptive solutions

Worked temporally as a part-time consultant and provided deliverables of creating operating model for IdeaHub. These deliverables include defining the key processes, roles and responsibilities, governance structure, and performance metrics required to effectively manage innovation initiatives.

• Supervising five divisions at Executive Department for Mawid Service Program, which are: Partnerships, Planning and Quality, Business Development, User Experience and Innovation.

• Manage and align the performance of innovation activities to guarantee the innovation awareness and involvement of the (nine) departments and units related to the assistant minister's office.
• Designing actionable plans for innovation objectives by taking in consideration the mandate and scope of each department.
• Monitoring and evaluating the innovation performance to make sure they align with the ministry's goals and mitigating risks.
• Designing performance management system that positively impact the innovation performance of all innovation units at the assistant minister's office.
• Managing champion transformation, change management and continuous innovation improvement programs.

• Translated job titles and some confidential or formal documents such as agreements and policies and procedures.

• Coordinated all international relations of Assistant Deputyship for Planning and Training that involves communications as well as contracts and MoUs signatures.

• Assisted in preparing payrolls for WHO staff and training quotations that WHO held in coordination with the Saudi Ministry of Health.
