• As part of the national, Department for Education-funded PINS (Partnership for Inclusion of Neurodiversity in Schools) project, I lead stakeholder engagement and consultation with parents, carers, schools, local authorities, NHS providers, and Integrated Care Boards. My role focused on strengthening collaboration between health and education sectors to support schools in becoming more inclusive and responsive to the needs of neurodivergent children

• Designed and delivered impactful Citizenship and PSHE curricula for KS3 and KS4, while leading a wide range of enrichment initiatives aligned with whole-school objectives.

• A standout achievement includes designing a bespoke English curriculum for Al Turaith Museum (Riyadh), equipping museum staff with sector-specific language skills to enhance visitor engagement and professional communication.

• Provided one-on-one academic support to a newly arrived 14-year-old student, helping improve their English and Maths skills while also offering guidance across other subject areas to support their integration and confidence in the classroom.

• Planned and delivered engaging English lessons to students aged 16–19, consistently achieving high ratings in lesson observations and demonstrating strong classroom management and instructional skills.

Delivered advanced-level and Business English lessons using the Berlitz Method, with a focus on fluency, accuracy, and real-world communication for professional contexts.

• Managed, trained, and supported a team of 20 teachers, including performance monitoring, evaluation, and ongoing professional development.
• Contributed to lesson planning and curriculum development, while delivering high-quality EFL instruction to diverse learner groups across multiple class levels.

Led strategic growth initiatives that generated over £400K through events, marketing, donor management, and volunteer recruitment, while developing impactful campaigns and ensuring full compliance with governance and regulatory standards.

• Managed a £2 million portfolio of client contracts across the UK and internationally within the charity sector, including Islamic Relief, Muslim Aid, and Orphans in Need, while establishing new consultancy services in event management, social media, and marketing.
• Represented the company at major international charity conferences, generated over £250K in revenue through digital advertising and event management, and led high-profile projects such as the Global Peace and Unity Charity Conference and multimedia productions.
