• Preparing LOD 500 precast models integrated with a sset information's for accurate asset management and facility operations, ensuring comprehensive as-built information within BIM workflows.
• Attending weekly BIM coordination meetings to address and resolve clashes, issues, and discrepancies in the models, ensuring alignment across all disciplines.
• Uploading updated models weekly in ACC (Autodesk Construction Cloud) and BIM 360 for project tracking and stakeholder access.
• Maintaining and updating the Weekly Model Progress Tracker and MIDP (Master Information Delivery Plan) within ACC/BIM 360 to track project milestones and model deliverables.
• Proficient in utilizing EIR and AIM within BIM workflows to ensure project alignment with client requirements, effective asset management, and data integration across all project stages
• Utilizing ACC/BIM 360 for model sharing, collaboration, and issue tracking.
• Utilized Revizto for real-time collaboration, issue tracking, and coordination between project teams, ensuring effective communication and resolution of BIM-related challenges.
• Collaborating with all other trade parties to ensure model accuracy and compliance with design intent
• Performing clash detection in Navisworks to identify and resolve potential conflicts between precast elements and other building systems
• Managing precast documentation within Aconex for improved project information access
• Preparation of parametric precast families in Revit for the inhouse library.
• Preparation & Checking of GA drawings, Shop drawings, Dowel bar layout, Reinforcement drawings, BBS and connection details using Revit and AutoCAD software's for precast fabrication and installation
• Coordination with production team, planning team and site team for production and erection feasibility of precast elements.
