  • Worked in King Fahd Specialist, Hospital, Buraydah, Saudi Arabia and It is the highest tertiary training hospital in the al Qassim region.
  • I attended to all medical and surgical emergencies which include asthmatic attacks, acute exacerbation of PUD, heart failure, hypoglycemia, hyperglycemic emergencies, hypertensive urgencies, and emergencies, anemia from various causes, seizure disorders, and febrile seizures.
  • I also attended to surgical cases like fractures, head injuries, multiple lacerations, acute urinary retention, acute appendicitis, intestinal obstruction, urethral strictures, foreign body in the ear or nose, abscesses, burns, and many more I discussed patient care with the consultants in charge of these various units to determine patients to be transferred to the wards or to the theatre for emergency surgeries, and those to be referred or discharged home with follow up appointments.

  • I also ensured proper communication of patient management with the patients and their relatives to help them make informed decisions.
