Administrate, support technical issue in Non –SAP systems/DBs and work with Bussiness and Engineering to provide solutions for various project and operational needs.

• Manage the inventory of Engineering applications (SPO, SPI, SPPID, VTL, Microstation, AutoCAD, Primavera ..etc ) and maintain the licenses and subscriptions.
• Analyze potential software licensing models for cost, and evaluate against current and future business needs.
• Administrate Identity and Access Management System (IAM) to cover different systems.
• Develop and oversee control systems to prevent violations of company Intellectual Property (IP) for better data protection.
• Automate manual processes via K2 tool to minimizes costs, increases efficiency, and streamlines processes.

• Implementation of a new trading system ( Energy Trading and Risk Management system/ ETRM) that fits Aramco Trading company business needs.
• First-Line technical support for system.
• Participated in new technology rollouts, following mandated technical change procedures to maintain smooth transitions.
• Ensure business requirements are testable and verifiable as identified by the project team, traceability and delivery of expected functionality.
