My role involves the following key responsibilities:

• Analyzing the performance of the domestic and global economy through the preparation of specialized and detailed economic reports, and forecasting Saudi Arabia’s macroeconomic indicators by developing the Ministry of Finance’s economic model. This includes utilizing various technical and econometric tools such as nowcasting using E-Views, the Financial Programming &Policies Framework (FPP), and the Oxford Economics Model. The work also involves assessing the impact of domestic, global, and regional policies, developments, and forecasts on the national economy, and identifying key associated economic and financial risks.
• Compiling and analyzing key indicators of the banking sector, insurance companies, and local and global financial markets, and linking them to the real sector and public finances.
• Conducting economic and financial research and studies as well as technical memoranda that form the basis for evidence-based recommendations provided to decision-makers, including impact assessments using economic modeling techniques.
• Preparing regular financial and economic reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

• Conducting advanced research on "Accounting for Economic Growth" within the current membership of GMCO countries, as part of my PhD studies.
• Collaborating with my supervisors to analyze economic data and develop policy recommendations.
• Contributing to academic publications and presenting findings at conferences and seminars.

• Responsible for business development activities including identifying new market opportunities for products and services especially in industrial, hospitality, and residential real estate
• Research competitive markets and identifies new opportunities and creates appropriate project plans
• Monitors organizations market share and competition
• Develops and executes project business plan related to prospecting
• Involved from the earliest stages of building a project plan, which can start with developing ideas, establishing budgets, assessing the needs of the project and its users, and its impact on the surrounding areas.

• Served as the regulatory link associated with the Director of the Observatory on Higher Education
• Had the general objective of calculating the adopted indicators for the Observatory periodically
• Prepared action plans for the periodic calculation of indicators
• Developed formulas for calculating the indicators in accordance with international standards (UNESCO, World Bank, Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development)
• Prepared and defined local indicators related to the higher education sector in the Kingdom
• Calculated indicators and ensured their accuracy using scientific statistical methods.

• Start with conducting a preliminary analysis of the project, after that prepare a projected income Statement
• Conduct a market survey, plan business organization and operations
• Prepare a balance sheet and review & analyze all data and make decision with our client.
