After my success in all that was asked of me, I was appointed as an assistant project operations Managers and supervisor of the three most important departments in the project: warehouses, factories and their production lines.

Concerning warehouses Arranging and coordinating with the warehouse keeper regarding entry and exit of materials and arranging them according to entry first last. Preparing the materials in separate shelves for each department with special corridors at the highest level of safety and arranging them according to the expiration dates and informing consumers of the imminent expiration date, taking into account the gain of any place It can be used for storage. Ect.

As for factories, securing the movement of trucks carrying ready-made products and preparing a schedule in line with our consumption lines in the project. Preparing a storage plan for finished products in order to avoid their loss of confusion between them.

• Preparing delivery plans for lunches for those working at lunch times and delivering them at the specified time and place.
• Securing the entry of visitors from the company managers, arranging their trips from their hotel reservations, receiving them, and securing what they need from the time of their arrival until the time of their safe return.
• Developing a proactive plan and studying the place of establishment of factories, dividing the places of pouring concrete and studying the passage of trucks on internal roads in the project in the shortest time with implementation
