- Reports all problem indication found on the rotating and static equipment
- In-situ dynamic balancing of small-medium-large process fans
- Assist maintenance team in doing laser shaft alignment of critical rotating equipment
- Recommend action for maintenance work, repairs and machine/ structural improvements
- Evaluate machine condition after maintenance work completion
- Thermography inspection using infra-red/ laser gun thermometer
- Periodic inspection of coupling, V-belts, chain drives, shaft and other running rotating parts using stroboscope
- Take periodic oil sampling of lubrication system for particle analysis
- Attend emergency on-call tests for equipment by operation subject for evaluation
- Submit weekly and monthly reports of equipment under close monitoring
- Discuss to maintenance team leaders list of equipment for scheduled maintenance repair
- Regularly audit all transducer line of online condition monitoring system
- Repair or replace damaged cables, transducers and connectors of on-line monitoring
- Update the maintenance history of rotating equipment in the CMMS software
