  • The main purpose of this role is to support the company's Treasury team with Finding solutions to facilitate cash flow through new facilities, liquidity management, day to day cash management activities, weekly and monthly reporting as well as other treasury specific ad hoc tasks

  • Cash and bank related activities: - Understand, manage, and supervise all aspects of cash flow - Forecast daily cash requirements and execute daily financing decisions
  • Manage all aspects of In-house investment portfolios - Direct, monitor group Working capital - Manage long-term and short-term investment strategies - Determine the Company's goals and risk - Review and recommend changes to the investment policies based on the market conditions
  • Prepare or monitor company's various cash flow forecasts and perform financial - Evaluate, develop, and implement cash management systems to optimize efficiencies - Understand and manage appropriate accounting procedures and processes - Manage relationships with financial service providers and Banks - Monitor bank service fees and address quality issues - Meet with high level cash management banks to plan cash management vs
  • Group needs (including investment, Trade) - Evaluate alternative long-term borrowing strategies and make recommendations in accordance with the capital structure guidelines
  • Manage, direct, and develop Cash Management staff - Support and participate in Group's Strategic Plan activities
  • Provide technical and other support for Project financing with Acknowledgement - In House financing
  • AP related activities: - Managing accounting functions, AP disbursement for the group under a shared services agreement, Vendor Relations, maintenance of the general ledger relating to AP and treasury, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of the month end process
  • Ensuring all Supplier accounts are reconciled up to 90 % for the Group quarterly and policies through SAP system
  • Credit Controller related activities: - Managed all areas of accounts receivable - Facilitating the sales operation in the creation and closure of LCs for export customers - Established communications with clients to ensure timely payment - Led client meetings to resolve problematic and aged debts issues - Worked closely with legal department to take legal action on non-paying customers
  • Insurance-related activities: - Monitor the general policies and status of its validity - Follow up with the insurance company to expedite pending claims - Obtain proposal on designated risk highlighted by the BU - Analysis of quotes received from different companies - Evaluate the risk measured in terms of value - VERIFICATION OF VALUES RECEIVED FROM EACH BU FOR RENEWAL OF GENERAL POLICIES
