• Fully responsible for preparing the annual renovation plan for bank branches, considering previous targets and performance reports along with upcoming requirements.
• Supervised the implementation of branch support elements across bank branches, including electricity, plumping, commercial signs, interior/exterior themes, furniture, and constructional needs.
• Handled new sites evaluation and prepared relocation plans to ensure meeting the annual expansion targets.
• Overseen branch customers’ engagement and addressed all the generated findings, as enlarging busy branches, constructing ATMs drive-through, and implementing technological needs.
• Led and managed ATMs site installations and installing cycle, including new machines and relocations, as a critical role linked to the bank financial services expansion.
• Assured to follow up to meet Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) ATM related regulations. Identifying deliverables, composing schedules, involving internal stakeholders and generating cost estimates.
• Continuously observing global market and focused on latest ATM technology and trends to ensure the bank would provide the best and the highest standards to serve customers in the best way possible.
• Successfully increased the number of transactions per ATM, as one of the main factors to measure ACS.
• Reduced the installation time ratio and the installation cost ratio.
• Developed, led and executed purchasing strategies, including international purchasing, suppliers’ optimization and centralized purchasing.
• Led the end of year physical inventory count supervision along with conducting storage counts in occasional basis throughout the year.
