• Technical involvement (Design Review, Implementation and troubleshooting) for Customer's Campus network and Data Center Integration into MPLS Network.
• Responsible for Configuration, Monitoring and troubleshooting
  Data Center IP Fabric.
• Handling implementation of end-to-end connectivity between users and different services inside Data Center through campus network using different technologies ( EVPN , VXLAN , MC-LAG , L3VPN ).
• Perform third level support functions for network problems in accordance with problem management process.

• Handles design and presales activities for Cisco IP Service Provider portfolio within Telecommunication operators in EMEA region.

• Handle HLD, LLD, Technical solution description for SP projects in Egypt and MEA region.
• Conducted regular audits of client networks to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements

• Design and Development of test environment, preparation and execution of proposed NPI solutions.

• Producing designs(HLD,LLD) and system configuration documents.

• Validation of solutions within customer's environment and requirements.

• Organization of workshops and training to the customers.

• Preparation and delivery of Demos and Proof of Concept.

• Responsibility for technical consulting service to customer projects and has ability to understand customer’s business / technical needs and ability to translate them into a technical solution .
• Responsibility for IP MPLS mobile backbone design ( IGP . BGP, LDP , RSVP, Layer3 and layer2 VPN , QOS , inter-AS) configuration on Juniper and Cisco routers.
• Responsibility for the design and auditing and any other activities related to the backbone for the Mobile operator or ISP (internet service provider).
• Manage & support technical issues for both Planning, Delivery and CARE organization.
• Leads technical team activities, Controlling and optimizing services delivery performance.

• Responsible of configuring, activating, upgrading & changing any Aggregation Layer POPs - Consulting Enterprise Provisioning Team with new solutions that can optimize & enhance the performance of Enterprise Services
• Provisioning & Auditing any HW for any new project following the LLDs & applied on the aggregation layer POPs
• Ensure prescribed configuration baselines are established and all changes to these baselines are formally managed in accordance with Configuration Management procedures and tools.
• Responsible of configuring, activating, upgrading & changing any Core Layer POPs in addition to handling all international circuits provisioning
• Testing any new core platforms with planning team to assure the PRFU of the device - Handling OS migrations & Upgrades for core devices with sophisticated & sensitive plans to avoid & minimize any impacts.
• Provisioning & auditing any HW for any new project following the LLDs & applied on the core layer POPs.
• Design customer enterprise network solution (Internet or VPN) as per customer needs.
• Configuring Cisco customer edge routers and Switches (3600, 2811, 2911, 1841, 1941, 878, 888, 2900 and 3560) platforms.
• Configuring customer solution on Cisco PE’s (7200, 7600 and 10k series) and Juniper PE’s (MX series), and Core Switches Also (4500 series).
• Configuring DSLAM ports (Huawei and Alcatel) at exchanges.
• Optimized network performance, conducting regular maintenance checks and updates as necessary
• Designed scalable solutions to accommodate growing business needs while maintaining optimal network performance levels
• Developed customized training programs for junior engineers, increasing their understanding of core network technologies

• Responsible for managing enterprise customer projects, implementing the new solutions (Internet Connectivity, VPN Connectivity, Voice Over IP , VPN Over ADSL ,VPN Over 3G, Wireless Connectivity), including follow up purchasing customer / network equipment, contracting with Telecom Egypt for last mile connection, network configuration related to customer solution and implement and manage customer solution on site.

• Responsible of installing the physical connection between the CO & the customer site.

• Responsible of Installation and configuration of enterprise customers CPE (Routers, Switches, Firewalls, Modems, Voip devices, Access Points).

• Responsible of provisioning customer solutions from Access & Core side.

• Handle any technical inquiry and solve it immediately or escalate it to be solved.
• Troubleshooting VPN MPLS ,Layer 2 VPN ,ISDN and internet connections
• Dealing with Cisco routers 7200, 3600, 1700, 1600 and Cisco Catalyest switches, ATM switches (MGX and BPX) and ATM&TDM DSLAMs and Modems.
