3. Gap Analysis & Technical Assessment

• Performed a comprehensive infrastructure assessment that revealed:
• Wi-Fi: Outdated Wi-Fi 5 needing upgrade to Wi-Fi 6E with expanded coverage (indoor & outdoor).
• Switching: Legacy switches incapable of supporting next-gen APs with UPOE/Multi-Gigabit requirements.
• Systems: Required replacement of Microsoft DHCP with a more secure option, addition of a monitoring platform, and setup of a virtualized environment for monitoring and security workloads.

4. Solution Architecture & BOQ Development

• Designed a high-level architecture (HLD) reflecting customer goals and obtained alignment and approval.
• Collaborated cross-functionally with presales, sales, and vendor teams to build a comprehensive BOQ addressing all identified gaps.
