I joined Allagro Company in Saudi Arabia to establish new seeds sector beginning 2024.

as a new sector it was a lot of challenges and at this period we achieved:

Finish all registration and legal documentation needed to be working in seeds business inside Saudi Arabia.

Dealing with five Suppliers till now and started working from season 2024-2025.

Established Trial Station in ALKARJ area 4 four hectares including 40 single tunnel and did visits to our customers from all-around Saudi Arabia to our trial station.

Hire technical team and Trial Station Manager in 2025.

Did more than 50 external trials from all crops in all Saudi Arabia area (ALKHARJ-ALJOUF-TABUK-DAMMAM-JEDDAH-WADIELDWASER-ALQASSEM-HAIL) Season 2024 - 2025.

Start registration seven varieties from (watermelon-melon-cucumber-squash) moving to commercial phase.

I was worked with more than one department: Crops Breeders - Crops Managers for Egypt and MENA - Technical Support Managers in Egypt.

I was responsible for set phase1 trials for all crops indoor and outdoor varieties in trial station for Egypt and MENA Region moving to phase2.

I was responsible to receive samples from new varieties from Crops Breeders, set agriculture plane, evaluate trials and take all evaluation data during season.

Select potential varieties as a team and move forward phase2 trials.

Planed and prepared all agriculture operation for all commercial crops with Rijk Zwaan team for 2023 Field Day for MEN Region.

Till Dec 2020 worked as a sales area engineer (Alexandria Cairo Desert Road Area) for pesticides fertilizers and seeds.

From Jan 2021 to Dec worked as a Technical commercial promotion in seeds sector, I was responsible for set trials plane and follow, evaluate internal trials at Suez Canal trial station, select potential varieties and move for next external trials.

Set a plane for external trials, evaluate varieties, doing promotion and end deal with target customers with selected varieties.

I was responsible to set a clear plane for indoor and outdoor crops from trial station phase moving to commercial phase.

Supplier we worked with at this time (Seminis - Vilmorin - Blumen - East West)

Responsible for set all external trials for all crops, following and select potential varieties moving to next commercial phase -Alexandria Cairo Desert Road area.

supplier we were worked with (Bakker Brother - Evolve seeds).

Responsible for following all agriculture process inside project also responsible for indoor crops sector, following labor, fertilization and pesticide control process.
