• Agreed valuations were 30% less than the original claimed amount and ZERO disputed amounts

• Change control with full measurements records in CostX (develop cost impact assessments of expected changes, estimating EIs costs before issuing it and review Contractor’s valuations

• Rolling final account and prepare the monthly cost report; Drafting commercial-related correspondences

• Audit of interim payments, variations and ascertained loss and expense e.g., prolongation/disruption claims

• Audit of some aspects of contractor’s supply chain management; and Financial and procurement weekly reports on the dashboard

Pre-Contract Services for Alesayi program of developing 9 hotels around the KSA (including 2 refurbishments & 1 new mixed-use)

• Cost analysis of the base projects
