Site Engineer in charge of the construction of Event Car Park Project & Zallal Mixed Use Project in Diriyah Development. The project includes all civil, finishing works with the following duties:

• Apprehend the project specifications and interpret the design documents.

• Ensures an effective planning, implementation as well as monitoring and evaluation of the project

• Ensures project team management and coordination (in particular coordination between the different projects

ongoing in the Car Park project)

• Develop work breakdown structure showing project milestones completion dates.

• Follow up with client's representatives (site engineers, QC inspectors and HSE officers).

• Prepare request for inspection (RFIs), permits, productivity reports, and other paper work.

• Manage the site on daily basis, including supervising and monitoring the work labor force with special care to

productivity and cost.

• Manage and direct a group of workers in screed pouring, rebar and shuttering, scaffolding, tiling, painting, false

ceiling/gypsum board installation, doors and windows fixing along with their accessories.

• Inspection and maintaining safety during site work.
• Serving as first responder to and investigator of safety incidents and mishaps to include reporting and corrective action.
• Responsible for making safety induction for newly hired employees in their preferred language.
• Ensure that monthly inspection of Fire Extinguishers, Exit Lights, and Emergency Lighting, are carried out.
• Confirmed that Risk controls were implement on the site.
• Expertise in maintaining all safety measures and norms effectively.
• Prepared required safety reports and reported then to the management.

• Work Management and Control.
• Designing the interface via AutoCAD and then making sure that they are applied in the factory.
• Preparing a schedule of quantities that are manufactured and then transported to the work site.
• Monitoring the quality of the output work by making sure that it is not damaged during the casting and transporting operations inside the factory.
