- Review and reply to contractor's submittals such as Method statement, MIR, ITP, SAT procedure, handing over procedure
- Conducting site inspections, installations, and witness testing & commissioning of all electrical equipment such as (GIS, Transformers, MV SWGR, VFD etc.) for final approval prior to energize the site
- Meeting with client and converting MOM to actionable planned
- Conducting weekly meetings at site with contractor to discuss the site progress and advise them to execute project within the approved budgetary limits, and monitor the actual expenditure against budgets, equipment's demands, manpower control, safety, and quality issues
- Witnessing SAS interfacing signal verification with approved standard of SEC
- Witnessing Switch Gear interlock verification with approved parameters
- Witnessing Transformer GIS, and switchgear trip signal
- Coordination with operation department to verify and reset the master alarm and trip alarms during up normal situation
- Verify all Relay final settings before energization of all systems
- Coordinate with project teams including Civil & Mechanical to complete all relevant activities to avoid any delay for electrical works
- Plan and analyze the priority of activities and ensure timely completion of tasks as per baseline schedule
- Maintaining site documents, drawings, reports, and O&M manuals for handover process
- Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
