Conducting Project Management duties in 33/13.8kV Substation Project, including but not limited to:

• 
  Conducting kick-off meeting, coordination between the external stakeholders (Vendor, Suppliers) and the internal stakeholders (SEC and NG) to deliver the required project deliverables for the different project phases (Design, Procurement, Construction, Installation, testing, commissioning and close out) according to the approved project management plan, monitoring and controlling project scope, monitoring and controlling project schedule, monitoring and controlling project cost, conducting quality control and quality assurance, reporting status to project stakeholders.
• Reviewed the contract documents and familiarized, clarified, and confirmed the exact scope of work and all the contract external/internal requirements.

• Working in the Project Management team since KOM with all stakeholders and clients in all disciplines of work in all technical, commercial, and management aspects.
• Review and analyze the client requirements and specifications of the major equipment, like Power Transformer, 33/13.8KV SWGR, Control and Protection Panels, RMU, AUX Transformer, HV/LV Cables, HVAC, and Fire Fighting, etc.
• Design engineering and technical support, including review of technical specifications, compliance, cost estimation, and design coordination for electrical, civil, and mechanical works.
• Preparation of Project Job Cost Analysis in line with project duration, milestone and cash flow requirements.
• As per project duration, making the Project Plan as per client requirement and approval.
• Procurement of all equipment and follow-up with manufacturing factories till the equipment is delivered to site.
• Follow up and clear the technical and commercial issues with various departments/ SEC about major equipment for base design, detail design and critical projects approval.
• Monitoring site activities involving civil construction, electrical equipment installation – Power Transformer, MV/LV switchgear, Control and Protection Panels, and SCADA Systems), cable termination, HVAC, and Fire Fighting works, etc.
• Developed and maintained a construction schedule to achieve on-time project completion.
• Preparing and presenting a daily site progress report, along with monthly progress reports.
• Established strong working relationships with local utilities providers, facilitating efficient coordination during utility connections or upgrades.
• Enhanced project efficiency by streamlining communication between team members and stakeholders.

• Oversaw installation of cable pulling, cable tray, conduit, switchgear, switchboards, and panel installation – Electrical, Control, and Instrumentation), as well as major repairs.
• Developed and maintained a construction schedule to achieve on-time project completion.
• Preparing and presenting a daily site progress report, along with monthly progress reports.
• Attending daily operational meetings and giving presentations.
• Erection of all electrical systems, including MV/LV Switch Gears, MCC's, Bus-Ducts, cable Trays, UPS, Batteries, Transformer, and Lighting systems.
• Conducted projects and performance presentations to clients and company executives.

• Assisted in testing and inspections of Switchgear, contributing to a 15% increase in equipment reliability.
• Executed routine maintenance tasks in the Maintenance Department, adhering to strict industry standards, ensuring uninterrupted operations and minimizing downtime.
• Understand how the PLC works in the Control System Department and ensure that the station divisions are working properly.
